Girl I do not eat any of them more than 6 years so tell me why do I still struggle to lose weight. It's not about these things you're thin. Stupid advise. Say something more useful.

3 years without a hamburger? I would die xD

everyone is like "i can't give up ramen" but it isn't so hard, I used to eat it all of the time, at least a few times a week, but I haven't had it in months

Maybe it depends on how you live, if you have other vegetable food that can eat you can get rid of ramen. Someone said her daughter used to eat, noodles, softdrink is her water and she eat alot of snack like chips, of course different chips, chips has a lot of unnutritious salt. her daughter dies because her kidney failed to function properly.

*I mean where you live.

Tzuyu_4yu Friday, November 25, 2016

I don't think I could live without eating ramen for three years! Especially with the financial problems my family is having now, that is practically one of the only food related things we can afford right now... Sure, we have other dinners, but because I have a twin sister and a younger brother to feed as well it just goes away so fast! lol, props to her for giving up some of America's most treasured foods.

Is it expensive to buy vegetable in your place? Someone said her daughter used to eat, noodles, softdrink is her water and she eat alot of snack like chips, of course different chips, chips has a lot of unnutritious salt. her daughter dies because her kidney failed to function properly.

I said it's one of the only things we can afford, I didn't say I was broke.

Since you mentioned your family had financial problems, you do make it sound like you can't afford much lol I understand where you were trying to say tho lol

kpophilippines Tzuyu_4yu Saturday, November 26, 2016

hahaha, I didnt said that you are broke because in other country buying vegetable food are a bit not expensive.

I have multiple bags of ramen but I rarely ever eat them. They are not cheap for the nutrient in which they offer and they are by no means cheaper than many foods that are much better options in terms of health.

I did the same when I was running.  The first I eliminated was soda and sugary drinks.  Then beef and pork.  And then somewhere along the way I avoided ramen (alot of sodium).  Now I try to eat less fried rice as much as I can.

llanbull Friday, November 25, 2016

* I mean rice. (minus the fried. lol.)

FriedChickenLove Friday, November 25, 2016

I can't give up ramen. Nah fam...

abthurd FriedChickenLove Friday, November 25, 2016

lol this. I can give up hamburgers, soda and sugary things. But ramen tho. I can't. The longest I can stay away are one a half month lmaooo

alicehalf Friday, November 25, 2016

Everyone must do as her, fast food and industrial food as soda or ramen are bad for health, you eat it when you don't have enough money to buy healthy foods. You have to eat it only when you have nothing to eat... "She avoided for 3 years to stay thin" it's more to "stay healthy".
