Black Pink's fans who were watching the Rio Olympics 2016 were in for a pleasant surprise.

During the volleyball match between Russia and Japan on August 12, Black Pink's "Whistle" was played for everyone in the arena and watching at home. Near the end of the first set with Russia up 23 to 12, the loudspeaker at Ginásio do Maracanãzinho indoor arena played "Whistle," which was picked up by the international television feeds.

Twitter user LaliceDaily did a cut up of the video and also enhanced the audio so you can hear the song more clearly.

If you're in the United States, you can hear it near the 29:00 mark on NBC's Olympic website which contains the entire replay of the match.
