Park Bo Ram revealed how she's been keeping the weight off.

On the July 23rd episode of 'We Got Married', Park Bo Ram featured as a part of the host panel. Park Mi Sun commented, "I feel like an angel is in the studio," adding, "How many times do you exercise in a week?" Park Bo Ram is known to have lost almost 71 pounds (32 kg) for her official debut after 'Superstar K2'.

The singer answered, "Four times." Park Mi Sun then exclaimed, "You exercise four times a week? Park Na Rae drinks four times a week," poking fun at the comedian on the panel.
