Model Han Hye Jin reveals what she eats to look good on the runway

High fashion model Han Hye Jin guested on the July 29 episode of 'I Live Alone' and talked about how she maintains her figure for the magazines and the runway. 


The model revealed that though she eats normally during off seasons, she "doesn't eat any regular food" when she has to take part in a pictorial or stand on stage.

Han Hye Jin explained her diet for the times she's the busiest with modeling work, saying, "I eat a banana in the morning and eat a lunch composed of just chicken breasts and a protein shake. Before I go to bed, I eat egg whites, broccoli, and brown rice. When I have to film a swimsuit pictorial, that's how I eat for a month."

    It's definitely better than for idols but still a bit too little. JUst a banana for breakfast? That seems too little, no? I would add a few veggies and fruits in order to at least have 5 different ones per day. That would make it a healthier and more balanced diet....

    we are talking about models. you would be terrified what models eat before fashion weeks etc. so reading her diet I'm really satisfied:)

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the least caloric one, in the sense that you tend not to gain too much weight from it. So yes, egg, rice and broccoli in the morning would be better. I would add a veggie soup to the banana for dinner. Soup is great for loosing weight because it makes you feel full though it has few calories.

    i keep looking up different diet plans of kpop stars, models, etc but none of them appeal to me...this is why i will never lose weight lol
