On June 7, agency Starship Entertainment revealed the surprising collaboration track "Variegated" (literal translation) set for release on the 8th. Fans are excited for Jooheon to feature as a vocalist alongside talented rapper Mad Clown as they're used to hearing the MONSTA X member rap.

"Variegated" is described as a track with a punk bass rhythm and modern sound about how love feels during a night in the city.

I super love Monsta X specially Jooheon and I know that he has an amazing singing voice but I have to agree that starship should have had the vocal line shine as well as him. Monsta X have an underrated amazing vocals other than Kihyun (Shownu, Minhyuk, Wonho and Hyungwon). It would have been a bit better if they will have them instead of Jooheon. But still I couldn't wait and hear him sing. Monsta X fighting!

Ironically, before coming to this article, I just read this: arcadey. net/2015/01/t-ara-vietnam-2015/ and you know what? That writer said "I feel so bad for Korea missing out on Asia’s No. 1 girl group. Actually, no I don’t. The ROK made its bed, so now the rest of Asia gets to enjoy T-ara’s sugar-free goodness while Koreans are stuck listening to Mad Clown and YG’s musical diarrhea" -_- Sigh~If you want to praise ur fav, pls don't bring down others while doing so.

I love mx with all my heart, and jooheon could be an amazing vocal, but there's a reason why he's a main rapper. Starship, please let the vocal line shine, too (I'd love to hear what shownu has to offer <3)

At first glance I thought it was GD and then realized  it wasn't.

Starship's logic is having the main rapper who gets promoted the most out of the damn group, SING as if they didn't have two underrated vocalist who they could've promoted instead. And six years after her debut, Bora who's singing is probably more legit than her rapping has only ever sang once which wasn't even a Sistar song, but hey let us have the main rapper of our boy group sing.

Still wondering why Starship won't let Jooheon sing in any of their songs. He's probably in the higher tier when it comes to Monsta X's vocals.

Monsta X has way too many members that are bias wreckers (everyone beside said bias is a bias wrecker). To this day I can not say who is number two. Jooheon! LOVEYOU!!
