Former KARA member Seungyeon owns a $10 million building?

Former KARA member�Seungyeon is reported to be a soon-to-be millionaire with her newly renovated building.�

In 2014, Seungyoun bought a four-story building located in Cheongdamdong, Seoul for about $4 million. The building started its renovation last March and was planned to be completed last November.�

However, the completion has been delayed to June 2016. The new building is now five stories tall and will be ready for use by businesses and more in the upcoming summer.�The price is assumed to be close to $6 million.�

A real estate associate has said, "It's hard to give exact numbers because the building is still under construction. However, it has a good location and a celebrity owner, so it is true that these two will have a great impact on the price. It is possible for the building to be sold in a price twice as much its worth now."

Seungyeon, who recently obtained a barista license, is also planning to use the first floor for herself as she will be opening a coffee shop. Though she's no longer a part of KARA, Seungyeon will still be gaining much financial success with her allegedly $10 million building.�
