She said regarding her album with help from Akdong Musician's Chanhyuk, "I pestered him a lot. �I liked him since 'K-Pop Star,' and consistently wanted to work with him some time. �The frequency of his fellow member Suhyun's voice is similar to mine, so Chanhyuk felt sure the song would match me well, too."�

About her appearance on 'Mask King,' she said, "At first, I didn't think much about it. While doing a lot of other competitive programs, I honestly got tired of them, and they're hard on me - I even had had feelings of doubt that weren't doubt," but explained that she felt a need to overcome the stage, which 'Mask King' enabled her to do.
