We are making an announcement about "Moments" a song under Davichi's name that Core Contents Media (currently MBK Entertainment) is planning to release.�

We heard rumors that song would be released and checked with MBK, and we have requested several times for them to stop. The song was recorded roughly as an OST, but we have decided that the song did not match their concept, and was stopped before proper recording could proceed. Because of this, there is a serious problem in quality to release this to fans. Also, this song is being used to promote MBK's rookie artist, so we believe this is very problematic.

However, even in this situation, the song is still being released. Even though the artist and the previous label had been completely finished a long time ago, and we are currently preparing a new song at the end of the year and a concert for the first time in two years, so we are very disappointed and shocked by this.

We are currently repeating requests to stop the spread of this song to MBK. We once again thank fans for supporting Davichi as always no matter the situation.
