The singer further said, "Music went from having its own meaning to something to be consumed, transformed into a commodity for consumption, and eventually became a business. Because we value music through chart ranking and monetization, I think the sajaegi controversy came to light. Of course, since streaming [music] is so popular, there are some things we can't control but from a musician's standpoint, I think there is a need for music to just be downloaded."�
