KOREA GRAND SALE

Visit Korea Committee (VKC) is in the forefront of actively trying to boost up the current stagnant tourist industry within South Korea. Starting on August 14 to October 31, VKC is hosting this year's 'Korea Grand Sale' event, the largest shopping-tourism festival in Korea with 330 top Korean brands, as well as international brands, participating.

From 50% discount ticket to Everland, to 80% discount on various brands from 'Lotte Duty Free', shoppers will come face to face with some of the greatest benefits for 79 days straight! In addition, Ibis Ambassador Hotel at Myeongdong will provide a free additional night for travelers who are planning to stay overnight for this awesome opportunity.

Each weeks are separated into four different themes including: must-eat, must-see, must-buy, and must-do. These dates, which are revealed in the official pamphlet for the event, provides a chance for shoppers to additional discounts or free gifts.

In addition to themed weeks listed above, 'Korea Grand Sale' has special giveaway events exclusively for tourists such as Magic Hat Event and Magic Box Event. Each event will require you to make purchases over a certain amount and you will be given random swag which includes free cosmetics, a gold medal (10don), top-notch health care products and more!
