Park Seo Joon, Hwang Jung Eum, Go Jun Hee, Siwon, and more gather for 'She Was Pretty' script reading

Just the other day, MBC's upcoming drama 'She Was Pretty' released photos from the cast's script reading that took place on July 30! �The actors and production crew all met in the MBC building to practice their lines and test out their chemistry.


The director stated that he felt he was lucky because all of their first-choice actors have accepted the roles and were sitting before him. �Hwang Jung Eum said, "I feel like the production setting is extremely enjoyable. �The character is charming, so I hope that a lot of people could empathize with her and watch her in a pleasant way."

Park Seo Joon said, "I feel like I could turn over a new leaf and show a new side through this production," suggesting that it was a way to recast himself as a new character rather than the typical ones he had played before. �He then expressed his excitement at showing a new side and his desire to show an even better chemistry with Hwang Jung Eum as it would be their second time acting together since 'Kill Me, Heal Me.'


Go Jun Hee took on her character Min Ha Ri well and said she was excited to be working on a romantic comedy with actors her age as she was normally the youngest in the cast. Siwon, who is known to derp, showed his playful personality on site, making everyone laugh and feel at ease. �"Even though this was the first time the actors met up, we worked together so well as if we had seen one another before, so I was shocked," he stated.�


The drama will air after 'The Scholar Who Walks the Night'!
