Cheongju Police arrested a 32-year-old Mr. Huh�after he broke into the first floor of a villa with a long stick. Once he was inside, Mr. Huh stole a hanging pair of black overalls belong to a 20-year-old Ms. A.

Ms. A was sleeping during the theft, but was woken by a strange noise. According to her, she woke to see "a man wearing only his underwear who ran to his car and fled."�

While searching the vicinity, the police came across the vehicle Mr. Huh used for his getaway. After finding and confirming Mr. Huh's cellphone number, they called to falsely inform him of a car accident in which his vehicle had been involved in. When he left his house, the police moved in and arrested him. At the time of his discovery, Mr. Huh was dressed in a blue miniskirt.�

The police were able to confirm that the car where Mr. Huh took shelter in contained women's clothing in the trunk. They also discovered that he is married and an ordinary office worker. Mr. Huh relayed to the police that, "When I wear women's clothing and sit in the park, all of my stress just disappears."�

For his crimes, Mr. Huh was booked in jail for 14 days without detention.
