On May 1, Baro and Kim Yoo Jung were seen in the seats on SBS at the '2015 Suwon JS Cup U-18 International Youth Club Football Championship'. The two 'Angry Mom' co-stars wore snapbacks and casual clothes. Though some questioned whether Baro and Kim Yoo Jung were dating, many others were skeptical as Kim Yoo Jung is currently only 15, while Baro is 22 years old.

Kim Yoo Jung's agency also gave a statement on the matter, saying, "We checked with Kim Yoo Jung's mother. Yoo Jung and Seo Shin Ae were invited to the game, but Baro also happened to have been invited so he joined. Seo Shin Ae briefly left her seat to greet the person who invited her, and that's when the two were photographed."
