ANGEL EYES EPISODE 14

Continuing the story: Soo Wan obtains donor information from a doctor at the hospital.� Dr. Choi meets with Director Yoon and threatens to tell Soo Wan about his crime. That evening, Director Yoon collapses and blows off Dong Joo's suggestions for treatment. �In return,�Dong Joo�blows off Director Yoon's begging for forgiveness and says he is taking Soo Wan�to America.�Soo Wan�happens upon the scene, but how much did she see? Meanwhile,�Min Soo fills Ji Woon in on Jung Hwa and the hit and run, urging him to find someone else to love, but�Ji Woon tries to convince�Dong Joo�to leave Soo Wan.

Teddy, as expected, is trying to take his relationship with Hye Joo to the next level. Lunching together, Teddy hopes to date Hye Joo, but all she does is ask questions about Woon Chan. He's been friend-zoned! There are other cute scenes, such as Teddy eating ice cream together with his grandmother, getting relationship advice, and all the fire and rescue personnel promising to frequent the bakery of a man they saved twice from suicide attempts. Sometimes 'Angel Eyes' gets to be so somber, I'll take those cheery moments when I can find them.


"Ow! ow! ow! Brainfreeze!"

So now Soo Wan knows she has Jung Hwa's eyes (well, okay, corneas). And it was painful for her to find this out. I don't know...What would it be like to find out you have someone else's body parts grafted onto you? I suppose it would be a little creepy, especially if you'd met the person before. She was even avoiding Hye Joo until she was told by Dong Joo�that his sister would understand.

Director Yoon still has no idea that Dr. Choi and Young Ji are plotting against him. I'm guessing it's to cover up her crimes, since she's doing what she can to foil the investigation. I'm guessing that we will have a resolution to all this soon as there are only six episodes left. I'm just hoping for a happier ending for Soo Wan, Dong Joo, and Director Yoon, though I have a feeling the director will go terminal, and they'll finally forgive him on his deathbed.�



Dong Joo is certainly in pain. The man he took as his father has been revealed as the man who murdered his mother. Despite all the times Director Yoon tried to keep him from Soo Wan, Dong Joo never gave up hope in his surrogate father, that he'd finally come around, that he'd take Dong Joo back, accept Dong Joo's love for Soo Wan, and give his blessing. This time it's an unforgivable crime. Not only did this man murder his mother, but it would also be an ever present reminder whenever he looked at Soo Wan. I hope this doesn't split them apart, as well.

So where do we go from here? I am definitely curious about what Soo Wan saw. Did she simply see Dong Joo harangue an old man or did she overhear the part about what Director Yoon did? Now that the witness to the hit and run is active again, will Young Ji attempt to take him out? She does have eyes everywhere, it seems. Certainly things to think about, and I'll be chewing on them 'til the weekend, just like everyone else. � � ��
