It was reported earlier that Nicole supposedly has plans to depart for America to study singing and dancing for future solo activities early next year if DSP Media doesn't reach an agreement for her to stay with KARA.

DSP Media had responded by saying they were looking into the situation.
In a recent phone conversation with media outlet OSEN, DSP Media additionally said, "We have never discussed Nicole going to study abroad in America in February of next year so we do not know the details of the situation . . . As Nicole's contract lasts until January, she is going to follow the established schedule as planned until that date."
