M.I.B take off to introduce K-hip hop to Japan

AKP STAFF
M.I.B
M.I.Bwill be taking off for their first solo Japanese concert on June 22!

The boys will have a live recording and a handshaking event on the 23rd at Shibuya's Tower Records, and then they'll hold their first Japanese concert on the 24th at the Harajuku Astro Hall.

M.I.B sold out all their tickets to 'We Are M.I.B' despite being a K-hip hop group. They're a little different from the K-pop that's widely known in Japan, but they're expected to be the face of K-hip hop in the country.

It won't all be new to the members, however.Kangnamwas born in Japan, and he was also the lead vocalist of the Japanese band KCB.

Jungle Entertainmentsaid, "Even though the promotion time is only 2 days, 20 big media companies and major labels wanted to do an interview or meet them, so we have to adjust their schedule. Since they're finally making their long-planned overseas promotions happen, they're going to definitely make a strong impression."
