It has been belatedly revealed that a male actor from the 2006 SBS drama 'YeonGaeSoMun' has been charged with sexual assault. 

The Seoul Gangnam Police Station revealed, "Actor Mr. Choi (37), who met A (28) through mutual friends, has been arrested for sexually assaulting the woman."

According to the police statement, Choi took 'A' to his home in Cheongdamdong, Seoul back on January 10th at around 5:30 AM. It's said Choi shared drinks with 'A' starting from the night prior, and while she was sleeping, the actor assaulted her. 

According to the police on the 23rd, 'A' apparently filed charges early February and after investigating the matter, Choi was arrested on the 13th.
