Although it comes as short notice, RaNia will be making a comeback after a six-month hiatus this week with the release of a mini album on the 8th!
The group made various announcements on their official fan cafe, but with quite a few announcements falling through and never really coming into action, fans have been waiting to see if they would keep their word this time around without any delays.
It seems plans are indeed finalized as they've released press releases today regarding their upcoming comeback with a new photo!
We can see that Jooyi, who was absent for promotions during "Style", is back, but RaNia is still pictured as five members for Riko is missing from the released photo.
Although there's no information regarding the missing member, we do know that RaNia has once again recruited a talented team of top composers in the music industry for their comeback! The next composer in the line up is KNS, the hitmaking team behind Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, and 50 Cent, who created the girls' new title track "Just Go".
"Just Go" is a pop song with elements of swing music. The mixing of the entire album will also be done by audio engineer Steve George who helped mix R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly".
DR Music stated, "We are happy to have met the talented group of KNS. With the help of the connections from Teddy Riley, we were able to work with an amazing composer team. Since RaNia's formation, the group has been labeled as 'a team to watch out for'. We will show our talent to become a team that surpasses expectations. We will be going back to the mindset of our rookie days and show a 'strong feminine' image like we've done at the start of our debut."
The group is scheduled to release their teaser sometime today before the mini album, which will also contain their previously released tracks, on March 8th, so be on the look out!
