B.A.P's Himchan suffers injury to hand, may not be joining other members for "One Shot" performance
B.A.P left fans in a frenzy with the release of their second mini album as well as their music video for "One Shot" yesterday. However, there is also some unfortunate news following their latest comeback.
Member Himchan has been belatedly revealed to have broken his ring finger and pinky finger on his right hand after slipping and falling while trying to get into the car about 10 days ago. Due to the injury, Himchan has received surgery and is currently recovering at his parents' home.
He has to wear a partial cast around his hand and wrist, and was advised by the hospital to take rest for the time being. To his disappointment, the injury means that Himchan cannot participate in the 'push up' dance move and other such powerful choreography of the group's "One Shot" performance. Thus, it will be difficult for him to perform, and the members may have to stand on stage without Himchan while he recovers.
TS Entertainment commented, "More so than anyone else, Himchan and his members are feeling the most upset about this situation... Especially since it was thought that B.A.P could show off a new
side to themselves through this 'One Shot' promotion, and the six members have worked harder than ever to prepare for this album, it seems their disappointment is great."
We wish Himchan a speedy recovery.
