Singer Lady Jane recently celebrated her 29th birthday and revealed a rose given to her by her boyfriend of four years, Simon D.

On June 27th, Simon D tweeted, "Today is Lady Jane's birthday, the one who I love. Please congratulate her! Happy Birthday!"

Upon seeing his tweet, Lady Jane replied, "[He's the kind of guy]�who sends a rose even when he's working! Thank you."
