It was recently revealed that comedian Lee Soo Geun (36)'s wife Park Ji Yeon (25) is struggling with her health even after undergoing kidney surgery. According to those close to the comedian and his broadcast management staff, his wife Park received surgery back in October, but has remained at the hospital for two months now for she has yet to recover. Lee has been nursing his wife, staying with her at the hospital, leaving only to go to work. A source close to the comedian remarked, "Her health began�deteriorating after she gave birth to their second child. She suffered from toxemia of pregnancy which caused a strain on her kidneys, and was forced to undergo surgery. The surgery success rate is 98%, however, she unfortunately fell amongst the rare 2%. It's a difficult time for the both of them." Park's health quickly began deteriorating after giving birth to their second child last January. Her baby was also born pre-mature with cerebral palsy, and is currently receiving rehab. The couple met on the set of KBS '1N2D' while Park was working as Park Jun Hyung's fashion coordinator. The two dated for four months before getting married in 2008, and currently have two children. Park has kept herself busy after marriage by operating an online shopping mall, etc. Lee Soo Geun is currently starring in shows like '1N2D', 'Win Win', 'Invincible Youth 2', 'Lee Soo Geun's I'll Change That For You', and 'Lee Soo Geun & Kim Byung Man's High Class Society'.
