Besides performing in Thailand back in April, the KARA girls also inked a CF deal with local cosmetic brand, Mistine during their short stay there, which is just an example of their growing popularity in overseas markets. They also filmed a CF for the product that they are endorsing and it was released recently. Not a great amount of creativity with the CF, as it's just a rehash of their Lupin MV, same song but different set. Also check out the promo pictures.
