Former Jewelry member, Seo In Young, displayed her fashionable side when she recently appeared in the second season of Project Runway Korea as a guest judge. As a judge, Seo In Young displayed an air of coldness that would rival Simon Cowell of American Idol when it came to critiquing the pieces down the runway. The challenge for the 5th episode of Project Runway Korea, which aired on February 27th, was for the designers to come up with creations inspired by the latest shoes to grace the runways of the big fashion houses around the world. As the designs were to be inspired by shoes, it was only fitting that Seo In Young, the resident "shoeaholic" of Korea, serve as the guest judge for the episode. Seo In Young had some choice words for the designs she was less fond of. The critiques that Seo In Young gave out during the judging included, "the outfit looks incomplete," "you described the clothes as being practical, but it looks uncomfortable and unnatural," "I really adore the shoes that inspired your design, but your design ruined the feel of the shoes." Contestants who initially welcomed Seo In Young as the guest judge were left standing with cold feet as the judging progressed and the critiques became harsher. In an interview that followed the taping of the show, Seo in Young told the interviewer, "I've been watching the show since the beginning and have always wanted to be a part of it. I was nervous and it was hard to judge the clothes on the runway� But it was a great experience as I got to witness their (contestants') passion firsthand." It's good to see that Seo In Young has been keeping herself busy with various projects and appearances after her departure from Jewelry.
