Girls' Generation / SNSD's new jingle "Gee" is a huge hit in Korea. "Gee" has already hit the Number 1 spot on 6 music charts. "Gee" reached number 1 on Melon, Korea's biggest music portal after being number 10 yesterday. The other 5 music charts where "Gee" hit number 1 is: Doshirak, Mnet, Cyworld, Muz, and Bugs. Girls' Generation / SNSD has reached a new milestone and have joined the ranks of the upper echelon in KPOP. There are rumors that SNSD will be absent from this weeks Music Bank, but because of their early success they still have the possibility of being number one. Though I doubt they would give them Number 1 if they were no-show's. "Gee" is also on pace to set the highest first day sales for a KPOP female artist. Gee whiz, I thought their new album would be popular but not this early. Personally, I was a bit disappointed. The music is irrelevant, I was disappointed because they had too much clothes in the new MV. There was a lack of provocative dance moves as well.
