Earlier last week, photos from BEAST‘s latest MV set were leaked, implying a possible comeback. It seems as though the netizens’ speculations were true because news of the group releasing a new mini album has finally been released!
Their 2nd mini album titled Shock of the New Era is set to be released on March 2. Along with their new album, the group plans on bringing a whole new genre to the kpop scene. The name of the genre is “rocktonic” and this type of music will be personified in their title track Shock. The song will consist of powerful heavy metal-esque beats and rhythms that will ignite a shock on the listeners.
So who else is excited for this? The beastly group will go head to head with likes of SNSD, Kara, T-ara and F.cuz in March, so you can bet there will be a heated competition going on for #1!
