Lee Da Hae speaks up about Chuno negativity

Through an interview with KBS’ Entertainment Tonight, Lee Da Hae speaks up of how hard it is to be an actress.

She stated, “I’ve been hurt due to negative comments. I’m thinking about quitting the internet for awhile… I’ve experienced a lot from this recent incident.

I will work harder from now and will make Hye Won a better character, so please don’t hate me too much and look upon me favorably.”

Lee Da Hae has been receiving much criticism due to a certain clip from her new drama, Chuno. To what would have been a revealing scene, the scene was censored off with a mosaic effect. However, the censorship was apparently not enough as she received a lot of negative feedback.

To this, Lee Da Hae stated, “I think it’s hard living as an actress. I want to be born as a male actor in my next life.”

Not only has she been receiving criticism for that one particular scene, but she has also been getting negative comments regarding her painted nails. Some viewers have complained how her painted nails did not match the old setting of the drama.

To this remark, she explained, “My nails are on the thin side so even if I don’t paint anything, the lighting from the film set reflects off my nails and gives off a shine. This is really a misconception.”

However, despite the negative comments she has been receiving, there is a positive outcome from this drama. She gets to work with hot men!

Lee Dae Hae stated about two of her male co-stars, “Jang Hyuk is no doubt the best. Oh Ji Ho was just born with that body!”

    i ‘m following the drama and i think she is doing a good job.

    For the scene with censor I THINK this is the screenwriters or director that i have choose to make this scenes not her this is not her fault moreover cause the people who were supposed to censor didn’t censor mcuh !!

    the drama is awesome but hard to find on website cause of rights with KBS !

    Cheese, are the bashing people still existing on this earth? I was away for a month and hoped they would have vanished. They are so pathetic, those who spit mean aweful comments. Everything can’t always be 100% perfect all the time, mistakes occur… Bla bla bla… -_-

    I dont get why fans/commentators have to be soo mean? The only difference actors && actresses with us is they act in the big screen, they portray characters.. but they are still human beings.. Can you just step on their shoes & realize that it hurts to hear, read or see negative things..

    how is it her fault? and are they MAD they didnt get to see her cleavage or something? jeez. but chuno gets really high ratings in korea, there’s bound to be some anal ppl mixed in there. and yeah i agree her male co stars are hot as hell~~~~

    Aw I feel bad for her. It really is hard to be a female actress or celebrity because fans tend to be tougher on them. It is so unfair.

    i don’t think the comments were that horrible. ppl just like to discuss and nitpick about stuff they watch or see. it’s common.

    this is just just part and parcel of celebrity life. one skill you’ve gotta pick up — learn to filter. too many netizens out there with too much time to spare; don’t have to get affected by every single voice out there. strength of the mind + high EQ = ability to brave criticisms from the public etc is also very important aspect to being a successful artiste.

    the funny thing is she’s not even the first person to have the mosaic effect thing cover up they’re goods. they did that to the wife of Oh Ji Ho in the show when she was killed. people are trolls and well do anything to say or do mean things to bring people down. i absolutely love chuno. she should just ignore them.

    It’s not her nails that don’t match the old setting of the drama, it’s the frigging rock music -.-. Da Hae should just ignore the negative comments and not be affected by it, it’s just by some jealous girls anyway.

    all these are not even her fault. the censorship, the nails, it’s all part of the production crew’s fault. none of it is her fault. if she gets criticized by these and not for acting, i think she is doing a good job. since her acting is good, people have nothing to criticize her for so they just nitpick on the most tiniest things to bash her
