Wow, Rain is really persistent. I can see why she gave in. From my experience in my early 20s, I definitely would have fallen for someone who constantly chased after me (well depends on the person, some people- just no cause sometimes you can't force the attraction). Now, I know from experience no means no, and I take it as lack of boundaries if the person continues to not listen.

They are signed under Attrakt, developed by them, and financially funded by them

The Givers was hired by Attrakt to produce the group, find the music, develop the sound. This guy is basically the founder of The Givers. He tried to poach the group for Warner Music Korea and pocket for some financial incentive I suppose. He also illegally changed the copy right of the song Cupid in order to get a larger cut of the profit. All around grifter.
