I cant speak for Korea because I'm not familiar with their laws, so anyone with actual knowledge (and not just an opinion) please enlighten me. But in my country, when there is a car accident, civil handlings are secondary (like Jongkook paying the guy in the taxi or whatever) . If a person needed to be prosecuted by police for anything, that would happen immediately. So from that perspective this seems odd that they are revisiting all this if it was taken care of appropriately the first time around. Was there something that was brushed under the rug before, that someone decided now actually was not right and needs to be taken care of? I'm just not used to such delayed traffic handling. It is weird 🤷♀️ to me. Also, what exact law did he break? All the articles I've read don't ever specify it
