When tackling a writing assignment, do/did you go straight to your laptop/desktop and start typing?
Or do/did you write everything out on paper first before typing?

I usually go straight to my laptop and start typing what comes to mind as I go along. I might write bullet point notes on a piece of paper before I start typing of what I want to include but that's about it. And after I'm done I read over everything and edit it.

i start typing immediately, the whole thing
and as i type, further ideas come up so i take a 1 sec break from typing the essay to write a word as a reminder of what to write next

It depends on length. If it's a short 1-3 page essay I can just start writing on the computer. Any longer, make an outline on paper first then use that as a guide to write the actual assignment on a computer.

    Straight to my laptop ^^

BUT I normally write a lot of documents (which means: at the beginning I write a really really long text -> then I save this document and open a new document, in which I insert the text, that I wrote in the first document -> then I shorten the text in the second document -> then I also save the second document and repeat the whole procedure :)) ^^

Depends on what it is. Like if it's a dissertation, I need to at least make an outline. But ouside of that, I'm more of the type to start typing relatively quickly, I don't like writing everything on paper first, it seems like a waste of time to me.

I go straight to it, because of I think of something and don’t write it down, I won’t remember it later

If it's for school then I usually draft first if we need too, or at least jot down main points and stuff. If it's just writing in general, especially fanfiction, I just right after mulling it over in my head. If it's original writing I usually plan if I want it to go somewhere or just write out and change like everything later unless I really like it.

I’m a perfectionist so when I try to write it on paper and make a mistake I go to a new page and write it all over again.

With Laptop you can delete it without wasting much time,
    so I prefer that.

If I did this the trees would cry out for revenge.. I'm not trying to waste paper.. lol...

Seriously though I do what I call a rough-rough draft, which is me free typing out my argument and editing later..

I type the introduction, then end up writing a paragraph in class, then another typing, and that pattern continues until I finish my paper lol

I write on a my computer.

Sometimes I first type out a bullet list to organize my thoughts before starting, but most of the time I do this in my head rather than explicitly typing it out. (I'm better at mentally visualizing the content and structure.)

    Then I just go.

In fact, I constantly use electronic devices to work and write texts for my book. But I subtracted interesting facts in a brief form on www.papersowl.com/, that during the training it is necessary and even required to write on paper because this contributes to long-term memorization and the creation of ready-made memory templates. Printing - we work on the machine, you need to write down ideas.

First of all sit back and relax. Categorize your mind into different sections. For example if you are thinking that I want to write my essay, categorize your mind in the same way in which you will write down. Your knowledge and personal experiences are the first helpful resources that will guide you through your writing and in case you want some help from the internet, consult websites in the end as alot of stuff it wll make your mind confused and frustrated and you will not be able to write a single word.
