I have a right, you have a right, we have a right, they don't have a right, etc. Do rights really exist ?
What is a right to you ?
Where do your rights come from ? The government ? What kind of government ? God ? Which god ? What the majority agrees upon ? Nature ? Which one is the right source ? Or all of them right ? Or all of them wrong ?
If I believe in a different source, a different source where my rights come from, do I have to respect your rights ? If I don't believe in equal treatment for all sexualities, races, genders, etc, what would be your justification that you are right and I'm wrong ? Would you turn 90 degrees clockwise to show me that you are right and I'm wrong ?
Which rights exist in your opinion ? Human rights ? LGBT rights ? Who decides what a right is ? How do you determine a right ? Through voting of the majority ? If the majority votes against your LGBT rights, what then, sucks to be you I guess ? Are rights self evident like some people say ? Why did it take so long to discover certain rights for slaves, etc then ? Or are humans that stupid ? Why do some countries have more rights for their people than other countries ? Is god bad in math and gave different countries a different number of rights ? Or is that gods way of saying, different kind of humans deserve different kind of rights ? Or is it because rights don't exist and are human made ? No universal basis ? If I overthrew and invaded your country and took the rights of gay people away what then ? If someone can take away your right, is it even a right or only a temporary privilege ?
Do you think that you deserve your rights ? Do you think you earned them in a way or is there no need to earn them because they are self evident and apply to you at the moment you are born ? Are you that entitled ? What makes you so special ? Why should you have rights just for being a human ?

I believe that certain people are born with more basic human rights than others

Your third option ... I like it because it reminds me of this..

But as explained its not exactly equality and at the same time cannot apply directly to human rights so simply.. I haven't answered because tbh its not a question I'm sure there is any one right answer on right now given all the variables.. And I am certainly not saying that certain people should be denied rights - although there is a case to be made for restricting the rights of people who would violently deny the rights of others.

But that one line.. rights are human made. People say god given right but I don't see him down here handing them out. We are the continued result of our own creation.

This one is really deep dude. I like it. Could get a bit messy though if like anyone answers seriously at all because tbh not everyone thinks the same.. but that is their right, yes?
