Anybody else been wondering about Pledis? I'll be honest, I don't know much about Pledis. But the company's actions are a mystery to me. They have had some really great girl groups, that had some great potential. After School were along with SNSD the top dance performance groups of the 2nd gen era. Kahi was a top 3 dance talent of the 2nd gen and an excellent dance leader who elevated her group's dancing skill to the next level. After School were simply awesome and versatile in their performances. Pristin as well were a great group with a lot of potential. All in all Pledis were extremely lucky or had a good eye for finding and debuting great trainees. When I look at their groups they're filled with a lot of talents, remarkable personalities and bursting with all the potential to make it big and launch themselves into the top regions of the kpop picking order. But every time after a great start... things go sideways. I can't figure out Pledis. If they don't feel like investing in their girl groups to unlock all that potential, why debut them in the first place? Pledis seem to have a knack for collecting potentially great idols into their group, but then falter at following through with their girl groups. Anybody knows why?
