The good old, classic Hana Yori Dango.
It's always a comforting one to go back to, just like Hana Kimi.

Chugakusei Nikki, it started my interest in older woman/younger guy japanese dramas over korean noona dramas (but no one recommend 2015 second love to me, its kyoko fukada kissing someone not me tyvm)

The first one I watched, if I remember correctly, was Mr. Brain. I absolutely love that drama, it is great in every way, and lemme tell you, Takuya Kimura's laugh is out of this world.

But the first really good Dafont Showbox Adam4adam Japanese drama I watched was "Kimi wa Petto" from 2017 and I'm still watching it. The story may sound weird at first but the drama is really much better than what the describtion sounds like.
