    Food,I'm a huge foodie.

    Sleep is nice but it's one of those things that I do ''because I have to'',esp naps,there are times when I just have to take a nap but it still feels like a waste of time.

    Sleeping for sure. Eating only makes me more awake and when I'm awake I have to eat to stay awake, and I should be sleeping instead when I'm trying to be awake. Eating only makes me fatter so I'd rather sleep instead.

    Food. On average I get about 3-5 hours of sleep and it's not very enjoyable even when I get 8 hours of sleep

    :D I like your way of thinking. Free food is the best food!

    At least, sleep is free in terms of currency. it's not free in terms of time; it means putting aside other tasks. Food takes so little time to eat but sleep takes so many hours to feel good.
    This response was so cute. I can relate as sleep keeps the cravings away. Good point; sleep can induce dreams which are much more entertaining than food!
    I never nap because I feel more tired after the nap and more cranky. However, there's nothing like passing out for 13 hours when your body gets mad at you for not properly sleeping throughout the week. It feels better than eating too much food in one sitting ;)

    Food is amazing though because of all the different flavors, textures and smells.

    I agree with you completely. Sleeping is more beneficial in my view than eating. True, when we eat, our digestive system starts working and it ruins the sleep.
    Do you have very busy days (school, exercise) and at the end of the night, your eyes are forcefully closing? Those kind of nights just force me to sleep even when I don't want to go to bed.

    I am a terrible sleeper and I get like 5 hours everyday but on Friday, after work, I crash at like 11 pm or sometimes 3 am and then I sleep for 13 hours straight. I feel so refreshed after waking up. However, I do get a headache so you may have a point that sleep does have its drawbacks. The amount of sleep you need is very individualistic and some do well on 6 hours whereas others do well on 9 hours.

    Sleep is not a waste of time; I am going to paste what I told in a thread yesterday:

    "It's actually the most productive thing. Think about how your phone will function if you keep charging it to only 30% everyday. You won't be able to use it for a full day and to it's best abilities.

    When we keep sleeping under our needs, eventually we will have more serious consequences in health and longevity.

    Your body is constantly breathing, pumping blood, recycling, and performing so many more functions. We need sleep just for our basic and vital functions to work properly."

    Wow, you cook at 13 years old! That's rare compared to most people I know, who can't even make pasta. Wememe has many talents.

    Time is certainly important considering how u can’t buy time with money but can make money with time hmmm... but right now it’s not an issue cuz I have a lot more time to go ^^ and I feel like the older I get the more I would appreciate sleeping cuz I would be more busier and miss having the option to sleep whenever I want

    I know! As you get older, I think you realize the importance of sleep more and more. Especially, with all the additional responsibilities, you crave even an extra hour of sleep.
    Sleep is not about getting; it's about giving. You are giving much needed rest to your body which does so many things for you like: breathing, digesting, providing energy and support to move. ;)

    I'm just teasing you; I know what you meant. You feel more satisfied with food than sleep.

    Years of under-sleeping will catch up sooner or later. However, if you feel fine and refreshed, then you know your body better but I'm just saying that 6 is the minimum.

    What are you going to do when you get to college or get a job and have kids? You need more strength and rest than just going to school.

    Wememe is the best but not at giving her body enough sleep. :(

    It's both...:waterr::waterr::waterr: I procrastinate too much so I do all my important stuff at night, when I'm done, it's already like 2am.

    That stinks. So it seems your sleep quality is mostly related to your habits. Stop watching BTS/K-pop content and finish your studies first. Then you can browse the internet before you sleep.
