What do you drink to stay hydrated apart from water?

    Taking fluids with less salts and minerals is the way to remain hydrated. Various fruits and few raw vegetables like tomatoes can be taken to remain hydrated.

    Local energy drink. I need to quit drinking a lot of those.

    I drink Fruit Juice on a regular basis. It is healthy and keeps me hydrated too :)

    Any sort of tea but I prefer black tea or sometimes even coffee

    after keeping few months of diet, I learned to drink water only. I do drink some coffee but not for staying hydrated

    I think water truly is no. 1, but fruit and herbal teas like honey & chamomile tea and peach tea are delicious ^^ Also, eating fruits like watermelon, oranges and raspberries (all with high water content), is a good way to stay hydrated without having too much liquid which can be counter productive and flush good things out like electrolytes.

    Apart from water...I drink Coke Zero and Diet Coke. Zero Calories for my diet. :p

    I don´t like drinking a lot of mirenal water lol but I try to eat a lot of fruit, in summer I use to drink fruit juice every morning, some bread with sm and that´s my breakfast lol
    Also, I don´t drink soda or other artificial drinks...or coffe
