also bts hit songs have always been upbeat, cheerful songs. spring day is another story because it wasnt an immediate hit. few months after its release it almost fell off melon. it's its unexpected longevity that made it what it is now. i read it somewhere when dynamite was released, people don't want something that make them sadder than they already are. althought the message of lgo is hopeful, it still remind ppl too much of their unfortunate situation (especially the mv) meanwhile dynamite is just about being happy, it makes you forget about the bad things for a few minutes. we will have to wait to find out how lgo does and if it ends up like spring day.

I don't think there is a boycott? if so, not even the bsides would be on the chart. I think ppl are being a bit dramatic and looking for reasons because its not performing like they hope. even the few angry korean fans on twitter is nothing new. they were acting the same every last cb. i dont think they have an impact on anything.
i think it was just a few akgae and mantis not the whole k fandom. Its just that the VVS song went viral (like RFS) and it seems like SK wants more upbeat songs. All the tracks are doing well so don’t worry about it
They're mostly solo stans who still have a grudge over K-Armys for not pushing Sweet Night on K-charts. And I-Armys aren't in the position to blame K-Armys when our streams on the international platforms haven't been so good either...
It's a rumor that has days running, there were tweets about how k-armys have been mad at BH ( which is true) for the label concert & lack of promotions on Sk. Some big k-army accounts were talking about it days before BE dropped. Also there were tweets about how they have acted "entitled" in the past. Like bts deciding to not attend music shows because they wanted to rest before they begin their tour but K-armys complained & bts ended up going. ( A tweet mentioning this added fuel to the fire) Rumors about it have been running since lgo dropped from bugs & genie because they're the easiest charts, & those rumors blowed up today. Honestly after seeing akmu's happening performance, I kinda feared the same happening to lgo. For me even if we lgo gets a no1 on hot100, the best that I hope it's stability so it doesn't drop like happening did.
You guys need to chill & stop trying to think WHO to blame for BTS not remaining Top 3 while Top 10 is great enough specially for a sad song like LGO who people doesn't really want to be sad in those times so it's good enough ,stop complaining about it & enjoy the life , you're too much on BTS's achievements that you forgot how to breathe...
What's up with this "karmys deserve better"? Number of covid cases has been rising recently, it just hit its peak since march so all shoots are still without an audience, even aaas are going to be completely prerecorded, so it's not like they'd see them either way. Also, bts have mma and mama next week, you know they always disappear before awards shows bc they have huge performances that take time to prepare. Karmys sre watching the same performances online as we are, just like they'd be doing if bts were performing in korea. Choosing where to promote is up to them and after how many performances we got for dynamite and how many more we are going to get in the following weeks, I think what they're doing now is fine.
So it's confirmed that BTS won't be attending Music Bank tomorrow. Probably means they ain't attending any Music Shows this comeback, just like we expected. They must just be too busy to attend, but still, was hoping to finally get a Dyna encore and see them receive a trophee for a 3 month old song...I guess I'll just have to wait till the end of next week for that now.
I Don think music shows promo would mean a thing for bts. Lgo is a song with no choreo and no audience.. What are they gonna do? Perform dynamite for infinite time?.. Honestly for someone as big as bts who's only competitor is IU, their name alone holds enough pulling power. Others acts may need domestic promo but bts don't. If they do it, its cuz they wanna And i don't know if they wanna perform without suga so much
don't worry, they'll see Soobin on awards show and receive awards too they did perform BWL during all awards show season last year, dyna is set to be the same btw, I can't believe what they dit for corden !
