    I need some good intense workouts to slim my waist. i have a slim ribcage but like i need to lose weight so it can be toned and i can finally live the snatched life. so if anyone has any waist exercises for me to try I'd really appreciate it <3

    Exercise like dance, zumba and pilates is good because it gets you moving, stretching and burning calories without building on any muscle. Especially zumba for the waist area, as there are routines which focus on your stomach muscles, getting them to tone and stretch.

    Foods high in fibre and complex carbs like sweet potato, porridge, muesli, wholemeal bread etc. are good for burning stomach fat.
