I always like kpop, my family is half of korea and the other half of latin america I like to sing but I'm not sure if I should audition I know they are very demanding with the physical image and the life of a trainee seems hard I can speak Korean Spanish and Japanese fluently a bit of Chinese and my horrible English i study dance from I was a child and physically I look as if Yoona and ku hye sun had a daughter lol that I have been told but im quit tall I measure 170 cm or 5'7 I have 16 years I'll have some chanse ? What do you think

Do you just want to audition...?
Cause not to crush your dreams but you need a certain grade point average to even audition . Not to mention 1000s of people who are going to , people who had dance classes and singing lessons for years .... And even if you do pass the audition there will be atleast 3 rounds before you even become a trainee . From there on you have to pay fees , change your citizenship , go on a diet , and above and train train train everyday .

It cant hurt to audition. If you feel like you have some skills already and you have a drive to learn the worst that could happen is you get rejected. You miss 100% of the opportunities you dont try. Also 170 is not that tall and plenty of idols are taller or right around that height. Again as long as you go in there with the right expectations and you try hard enough even if you fail the experience you will get will be valuable. Just make sure you prepare and dont treat it as nothing. But yeah if you are serious I dont see why you shouldn't try for it.

These forums are not a good place to ask questions like that, but if you got in, it would be a very hard life as a trainee. But there is no harm in trying if you really want to

I would try if I were you. You may regret if you didn't.

    It's a soul-sucking lifestyle I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

But, if you're dead serious about it, then even to audition is a success. If you don't make it, at least you won't spend your life wondering 'What if . . . '
