Right now I weigh about 54kg/120lbs and I want to get down to 45kg/100lbs. I'm only 5'2", so hopefully it'll happen. I started eating 1200 calories a day and working out for at least 40 minutes by doing things like biking, jumping rope, HIIT cardio and stuff. I exercise 5 times a week with the weekend off. I'm going to do this for 100 days straight because I can lose around 17lbs or more by then if I stay consistent and do the dieting everyday. It's been 10 days so far and I haven't given up yet. Only 90 days to go! I choose Momo as my body goal since I have an hourglass figure and she's around my height. She's really toned and healthy looking which is what I want.
