Official Weight Loss Thread~~

    Right now I weigh about 54kg/120lbs and I want to get down to 45kg/100lbs. I'm only 5'2", so hopefully it'll happen. I started eating 1200 calories a day and working out for at least 40 minutes by doing things like biking, jumping rope, HIIT cardio and stuff. I exercise 5 times a week with the weekend off. I'm going to do this for 100 days straight because I can lose around 17lbs or more by then if I stay consistent and do the dieting everyday. It's been 10 days so far and I haven't given up yet. Only 90 days to go!

    I choose Momo as my body goal since I have an hourglass figure and she's around my height. She's really toned and healthy looking which is what I want.

    my family is like this. i found that eating a smaller portion of it and not eating big portions throughout the day helps to maintain. i personally don't eat breakfast and usually lunch but make sure you're getting your daily calorie limit (your bmr or tdee)

    i'm around 159 cm and 55 kg but my goal weight is between 45-49 kg atm
    i struggle with an ED but i plan to build up muscle and tone up my body to get a better self image

    I haven't weighed myself in a while, but the last time I did, I weight about 160 lbs. My weight goal is 120-130 lbs.

    So, I haven't made any major changes to my diet. I simply control my portions a lot better and try to cut back on certain things, like corn tortillas for example - if I do choose to have any, I usually just eat one, two at most, whereas before, I'd have...a few. I don't really drink carbonated drinks; the unhealthiest drink I usually have is coffee.

    I work out, or try to, every single day. I've been using Fitness Blender's videos and they have been my saving grace. I have purchased two of their workout programs: FB Low Impact - Fat Loss Program (I'm on the last week, after trying to do it properly twice and not being able to finish it) and FB Burn - Smart HIIT & Strength Program to Get Fit Quick, which I'll hopefully be starting soon!

    You don't even need to purchase any of their programs, they have all their videos available for free on their website and on YouTube. I decided to purchase these programs because I like having the guesswork taken of working out - I don't have to worry or think about what workout I'll be doing; I just go to my calendar and there it is! Plus, doing the Low Impact program has helped me slowly build up my strength so that I can try more difficult programs in the future.

    I'll try to weigh myself tomorrow and update this! Eventually, I may share photos as well!

    I just started cycling for weight loss and ride on average about 10-12 hours in a week.
    Although I know my fitness has enhanced significantly but my weight loss hasn’t happened and I don’t feel slimmer at all!! Sometimes I over eat but to compensate for that I do home exercises that I learnt last summer during my Health vacations.

    it's sooo difficult my gosh! I'm trying to lose at least 5kg to be 50 but my weight stocked at 56.4 lowest :(:(:(

    I think you should also take some some healthy vitamins and minerals when losing weight. Which do you prefer?     Im currentlt conflicted lol.

    Im 157cm rn (around 5'2) and around 55-57 kg (so 120lbs ?). I have some fat and kinda thicc legs. I dont think Im fat. I think Im fine. But I actually want to get to around 48kg to lose some fat and get less thicc (but not too slim) legs.

    BUT.

    Problem is I have a lot (over 20) jeans and pants which fit my current body and its current shape. I literally dont want to bench all of those jeans and pants and buy new ones for those slim legs I admire. Like my pants werent free and good quality/looking pants arent that cheap and easy to find :cryingk:

    So at the end I decided that my goal would be a smoll 3-4 kg loss and tone up my current fatty legs so I will keep my current shape and avoid the disaster. But I still dont know when to throw myself in the programme because Im still kinda scared of loosing more than what I want lol

    i am also currently on a weight loss journey althought i am planning on only losing 4 kg.
    I started this journey in july with my only goal in mind being: removing my acne with being relaxed and incorporating a healthy diet in my life.
    I used to weight 67 kg, and as of today I weight 60 kg. My skin is also clear compared to my when i started (can provide pictures if you want)
    Now, my goal is losing thigh fat. I indeed have a very tiny waist but I seem to only get fat in my thighs which bothers me because when i go look for jeans, my waist is to small and my thighs are too big which makes me look weird.
    For reference I have the same body type as tzuyu from twice (i am also 5'7 [173cm] ) exept imagine her with fat thighs.
    i know i can reach my goal by october 30th.

    I haear that losing weight with HGH is easy. HGH is a metabolism regulator. It helps to promote the absorption of food, lipids, and carbohydrates.

    I lost 8kgs as I hiked 370km in 14 days. :confused: Vacation and exercise in one. :p If any of you like to stay outdoors, you might like hiking!

    I'm looking for something decent I can put in the corner of my bedroom to knock out some quick cardio first thing in the morning with.

    I saw a bunch of sub $200 ellipticals with free Prime shipping on Amazon. Anyone have any experience with any of them? I don't mind spending more, but I'm not looking for anything fancy. Smooth, sturdy and relatively quiet is all I care about. If it lasts a year without issues I'd be thrilled. Any recommendations?

    Which supplements do you take some losing weight, girls? I would like to get some helpful tips about them, maybe you can recommend something. Have a look at Canadian Pharmacy also, maybe you will like it and find something to you there
