If your height is above 160 cm being under 50 kg is actually dangerous so don't try to lose weight. 46 kg is least possible weight for 160 cm tall adults, and below that you will get some health problems :hair fall, skin dryness, weak immune system, fertility problem e.t.c 43kg would be minimum healthy weight for teenagers. You can't even take some medicine if your BMI is below a healthy level so take care of your body too. (if you're 170 cm below 52 is already dangerous, your body would have problem to function properly)
Hello everyone I can say from my experience to keep myself in good shape and to look great it is necessary to combine proper nutrition sports and rejection of bad habits. It is also very important to comply with the flow of amino acids including glutamine, from foods and vegetables that we eat, it helps to lose weight, an exemplary list of products containing glutamine https://tonusjournal.com/weight-loss/10-best-glutamine-foods/ I eat cabbage or broccoli or asparagus almost every day and i like organic milk.
i started drinking green tea everyday since january 1st, so far, idk if its working lmao but i feel good doing this haha
Just went through this entire thread so I guess I'll add my own goal. I'm 160cm and weigh 48kg, my goal is 45kg before march so I can feel cute in spring/summer clothing. I'm going to eat 1000 calories during weekdays and 700 calories during weekends. Wish me luck or something asdfghjk
Heya,i searched up your maintenance calories and its 1500 so you only need to deduct 200-300 calories but dont go below 1200 as thats the absolute minimum females can intake according to dieticians,if you want to loose faster then add exercise where you can
Ah, I'm only going to do this for a week and then increase I think. I usually eat between 1000-1200 calories when I just eat whatever I want, my body is just like this I guess. Thanks for this anyway tho!
Should I drink apple cider vinegar to lose weight?? I've read some benefits on healthline, but there are some people who say it is bad for you because it is too much acetic acid and it causes enamel erosion and diminishing bone density?? I don't know what to believe anymore. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/apple-cider-vinegar-dosage#weight-loss https://fattofitfarm.com/apple-cider-vinegar-side-effects/#.XFITy1xKjIU
Well apple cider vinegar is fine in normal values, shouldn't replace water and such, as like any acidic drink it will hurt your teeth, I don't know about the bone density thing, it has a single study about it and it is a case of over a long time with considerable amounts. It is a fine replacement for soda's and such though, as it is far healthier. It may have some attributes that might help aid in weight loss but in itself it's not going to make you lose weight, that is as always up to being on a caloric deficit.
I think is the most important thing that most of us don't do. I decided to stop drinking soda entirely. I've increased my water intake dramatically. I have to pee all the time but I know that'll get better. I realized I was not drinking ANY water sometimes. I was having coffee in the morning and a soda for lunch but that was basically it. That's HORRIBLE.
