    Giving myself an update

    Male:31
    Height: 5'7 or 5'8
    New update weight: 162 pounds
    Bodyfat%: went from 13 to 9% O_O

Did a cheat days Wednesday and Thursday total of 11k or 11,000 calories lol

Strength training and intermittent fasting (also practice OMAD aka one meal a day) consuming calories between 1800 to 2200. I still feel this is the way to go but people will disagree with me ;)

I'm 163 and weigh about 52-53, want to get down to 49 again.

I'm already quite slim but a few kgs make a big difference on me and I want to look more toned and skinny

That's not chubby of a weight at all, perhaps you should just focus on exercising. I mean I'm shorter than you, but my weight is in the similar range.

I am currently not on diet since i am stuck at 49kg after my bachelor thesis. (i am 169 sm tall) I have to gain a weight.
But i've tried many dieting options in the past.
I thought it might be helpful to some so i'm posting this. I lost 1kg per day and lasted for a week. It was 7-day cabbage soup diet that i found on the internet and this works! You can eat it whenever you’d like, amount is not important. More you eat more you might lose weight!
About ingredient, honestly it's up to you. But important is no meat and put onions and cabbages as much as possible. (3-6 onions with half cabbage! Onions burn fat) Besides cabbage and onion you can put garlic, carrots (NO POTATO at all),peppers, tomatoes, broccoli and everything green.
Second option that worked with me: no dinner. Eat apples and carrots instead of dinner. You can eat whatever you want during breakfast and lunch. I ate cakes after lunch and that was fine.I lost around 5 kg in 2 weeks.

Note: i don't exercise, i hate moving. Also my body type is that of teenage boy type (i'm a girl btw)
I gain and lose weight fast depending on my food alone. Also during exam period i lose weight and become a corpse. (stress ,no food ,no sleep affects me strong) So it might not work for some.

I kind of lost track of my diet lol maybe I should start again. I am like 105 lbs (47.6 kg) last time i checked but i wanna be like 90 lbs (40.8 kg) so yeah. I ate like 1k cal on my diet but I tried to get down below 1k but it's hard TBH. I wish I weren't such a picky eater. I love veggies (hate fruit) but I don't have a lot of opportunities to eat them because I'm in America so fast food restaurants with junk food are EVERYWHERE! So I'm only eating fattening fried foods. So I usually just skip meals to avoid this. Plus I always lose control and buy loads of candy and junk food to eat during work breaks/weekends. So yeah thanks for reading I guess... (it was probs a waste of time). Also I'm like 5'4" (152.4 cm) last time i checked but I'm under 18 so I'm still growing that's why I said last time I checked

I'm around 150 ish cm. Goaling at the lower 40kg's around 40kg or so, 5kg to go, maybe, play with the edge of the 39.

This is generally done by eating less, and walks.

You said your weight might be wonky because of it, not your height. That's what I reacted to. XD

    Drinking water helps a lot.

    1. It helps with your metabolism.
    2. Drinking water actually burns calories, aka each glass has a negative net calorie value.
    3. It makes you less hungry.
    4. It makes you not drink sugary drinks, cause you won't be thirsty.
    5. Often the body mistakenly sends hunger signals when you're actually just thirsty, meaning that you can take a glass of water before grabbing a snack to see if you're actually hungry or not.

The key reason that intermittent going on a fast work for weight reduction is that it will help you eat fewer calories. All from the different protocols include skipping meals throughout the fasting periods. If you don't compensate by eating a lot more during the consuming periods, then you'll be taking in fewer calories.
According to some recent 2014 evaluation study, intermittent fasting can result in significant weight reduction. In this evaluation, intermittent fasting was found to lessen body weight by 3-8% on the period of 3-24 days. When examining the actual rate of weight reduction, people lost regarding 0. 55 lbs (0. 25 kg) each week with intermittent going on a fast, but 1. 65 lbs (0. 75 kg) each week with alternate-day going on a fast (2).
People also lost 4-7% of the waist circumference, indicating they lost belly body fat.
These results are extremely impressive, and they perform to show that intermittent fasting could be a useful weight reduction aid.

I’m 157cm, 50kg. My legs are already short so extra width makes them even more unflattering and I have some belly fat + chubby cheeks.
    :cryingk:
I plan to cut down to 43kg in 5 months. In addition to losing weight I want to have a healthier lifestyle, so I will try to cut out junk food/soda, drink more water and exercise regularly.
