    this is a thread where we can share our tips, exercises, share what we eat daily and our successful and failed methods of dieting
    • if you feel comfortable with it, feel free to share your current weight and goal weight
    • even if you don't want to lose weight, but just maintain it and like exercising and eating healthily, or want to get toned, you can feel free to share your experience with us
    • aand if you have lost weight already, share tips pls!!
    so maybe it would be the best if we watched over each other and update here frequently

    so first of all, here's a weight loss calculator, it calculates for you precisely how much you should eat to lose weight, according to your height, weight, age and daily activity, i find it useful

    so i guess i'll start with my part first, i'm not gonna reveal how much i weigh and stuff, but i need to lose about 7kg, though i want to lose 10kg bc i like skinny looking ppl
    i already lost a few since june so i guess i'm ok
    i don't exercise tho i plan on doing some cardio (this looks neat) and i eat around 1200 calories a day

    ok i've done calorie counting before(for 2 months on a 1200 calorie diet) lost about 7kgs
    stopped that and will be going on a ketogenic diet(probably) after christmas

    rn i'm around 75-76kg and I want to get down to 70kg and then aim for 65kg
    which is a lot but oh well,i want to do it :x

    duuude i wish
    i have extremely slow metabolism so i haven't been losing much even eating 1200, completely healthy, no junk food nor chocolate yk
    i lost maybe 1kg a month only eating like this...
    gl tho keep me updated later when you start

    you should try looking for different diets which drive your metabolism :x
    if it isnt working for you then theres no point doing it ^^'

    yea sure i can keep you in line if you keep me updated hehe
    our goals and way of eating and losing are pretty similar
    i walk maybe around an hour 4-5 times per week
    and i eat mostly asian food as well (well, asian-inspired tbh)

    it's working but it's working slowly i guess
    which isn't bad
    +idk how much room for improvement there is since i already don't eat food that slow down metabolism
    but yea maybe i should, i'll do more research

    Haha I was just making this thread :teeheek:
    My height is 169 cm and idk my current weight (it's around 60 kgs). I just wanna lose a few kgs although my weight is normal, so I guess it doesn't matter what exactly it is. Anyway, I choose Joy as my body goal because she's taller and not too skinny which fits my build, she's also pale and has long dark hair like me.

    I've already managed to lose a bit of weight apparently, so here are some tips:

    - drink 2-3 litres of water per day
    - drink green tea every day
    - don't drink any kind of soda and only natural juices
    - eat clean and healthy - lots of veggies and fruits, fresh comes before frozen and frozen comes before canned foods
    - avoid sugar, bread, pasta, sweets
    - eat slowly from a small plate with a small spoon/fork, chew your food well, and take in the taste, smell, and looks of it
    - take the stairs instead of the elevator
    - take walks
    - be physically active of course, you can join a gym or workout at home
    - no late eating
    - take care of your mental health as well
    - go out for fresh air and sunlight every day
    - take quality vitamins
    - sleep well and enough if you can

    (1.78m) I actually lost 17kg (78kg -> 61kg) due to unforeseeable stress. Not a healthy weight loss however.
    But yea, have been eating boiled broccoli, boiled carrots, steamed salmon, no seasonings added.

    i want to lose around 10 kg but my routine is shit, this year i haven't exercised a bit and my diet was totally unhealthy
    i want to try something now that summer is coming, i usually lose a lot of weight just by exercising, i usually can't keep with diets or anything, but i want to try eating clean for now on, so i'll try a food reeducation
    anyways i haven't started yet, so i might update here so we can help each other

    isn't joy everyone's goal TT TT
    those are some nice tips! i do pretty much all of them except.. sleeping lol (and exercising)

    aww sorry to hear that
    maybe you should gain a few back if you can?
    oh do you have too many responsibilities? maybe it would be nice if you prepped meals beforehand and brought them with you? or at least bring a fruit that can keep you full until you have a proper meal

    Trying, but it seems like my system has adapted to the new change, I have been constantly at 60~61kg since then. I tried to eat a bunch of junk food a day although I hate that idea, it somewhat pumped myself to 62kg only to find out I'm at 60kg by tomorrow lol...

    But yes, I have no intention to increase my weight with such unhealthy method again, ideally I would like to get myself to 64~65kg with muscle rather than fat from the junk food. It seems like I will need to have more protein from lean meat, more steamed salmon?! more beef?! ..or more exercise?

    On side note, due to this stress-induced weight loss, I got myself a nice looking jawline as a compensation.

    I have let myself go since mid-2016. Guess life got too comfortable. :p I want to lose 10kg, so that I can get back to my weight at that time. Hmm... I think I am going to try this diet from tomorrow on.



    I tried it before and managed 5 days (and lost 4kg, though mostly water weight) before I fell ill due to a slight case of iron deficiency anaemia. This time however, I have iron supplements! :) This diet honestly sucks, is very unhealthy and not at all advisable for you guys to try... But I feel weirdly compelled to try it once again. :p

    I lost 1 kilo in a week
    I ate/drank around 300 calories a day
    I'm down from 50 to 49
    Might seem drastic but I'm too excited to lose weight because my doctor just changed the medication he put me on which was causing me to gain weight to a one that doesn't

    wait wtf..not attacking or anything but is that safe to be only eating 300 cals/day...., that's literally equivalent to ONLY eating a piece of bread + peanut butter every day
