ARE YOU FOR IT?
ARE YOU AGAINST IT?
I'm definitely against It!
Honestly IDC, as long as they contribute something and its not awkward
I'm just here to see how this pans out...
*watches thread so I can watch all the drama*
Its' not like they are going to hurt someone.I hope everyone achieves their dreams
Really don't care. It's not that deep for me. If there is an Asian star here in America I will be fine. If there is a Non-Asian person in Kpop later on in the future then yeah I guess. But thats a long ways from now so I don't see it happening within the next one or two decades.
Another thread about this?
I'm glad my side is winning
Yup gotta milk the topic
(It finally happened)
Well for me I feel like yes go for it, but then at least maybe some Asian blood? Also it might not be the best for the artists trying to make this breakthrough, we saw the guy project for kpop and they got so much hate as well as people who try to sing covers of songs without beign Korean or whatever.
It’s bound to happen sooner or later tbh.. it’s already happened
I want you to answer me this, what is the harm in having a few non-Asian idols in the Korean music industry?
i would like to say im a lot more open minded but after chad future im really not sure anymore (like i appreciate him working hard but its just not yknow )
I meeeeaaan.... most agencies dont accept most non asains.. Edward Avila (who knows some idols) and some other youtubers in korea said something about the idol life and auditioning. Most of them usually are looking for Asians... any non Asians are always marketed in a wrong way (alex).
Also the industry is no secret that they chew you and spit you out, and you cant even date and filled with debt.... especially if youre in an agency of the non big 3 .. i mean why? Odds are non Asians arnt gonna get into them. For YG there were over thousands who auditioned for that international thing and yes you guessed it only Lisa was chosen out of them...and ya shes Asian.
Im not saying dont go for it, go by all means if you want they cant stop you but i wouldnt be shocked if you're not what they're looking for. It wasn't that long ago before kpop was mostly only Koreans until non korean Asians got to be in it.
So go for it i personally dont care but be cautious ..
i mean it doesnt really matter what we think...it matters what koreans will think of it...
Chad is different he was a bad person I don't trust anyone with the name chad
i mean as long as they can speak Korean properly, I don't really care
