    so this is just personally idol bodies who I aim to have a similar body to. Now before you ask questions like, “where’s ___?” this is MY goals, and because I’m short and stubby I know for a fact that realisticly i won’t ever have a body like Rose or Tzuyu unless I stretch myself out and surgically remove my ribs. While at the same time I can’t aim for Hwasa because she’s blessed with thick thighs while still being slender. While I have slim thighs most of my body goes to my stomach. (Not body shaming every body is beautiful.)

    I will dedicate a whole post explaining them, but I think they all are body goals. each of them have a different type of body but all managed to maintain and lose weight safely (apart from Wendy, who has starved herself, now I’m aware during comebacks it’s normal for idols to starve but i’ll Get into this all in another post)

    I have body goals to be skinny and very fit
    I'm fit but I constantly look at myself and think
    "My stomach isn't slim enough, my ribs aren't sticking out enough, my waist is too big, my thighs are too fat, my calves stick out to much, my face is chubby, i have a double chin,"

    And recently my friends who has always been skinny and I were wearing crop tops and shorts and we were walking and there was a mirror
    And she freaked out, because apparently I look like a stick and my thighs and calves are way skinnier than her, apparently my rib cage sticks out to much but I don't see it
    My face is apparently 'bony' but again it's not

    I'm just naturally fat and I can be toned and fit but I will always be
    My weight is an insecurity, enough so that I've developed like partial annorexia, I eat one~two meals a day, I don't eat any junk food at all, and I exercise until I feel like I'm about to throw up
    Yet my thigh gap is still only like 4~5.5cm and my waist is still like 18~19inches

    For borderline being pro-ana and clearly having such bad body image and potentially body dysmorphia.

    I like athletic and toned bodies with muscles. Joy is the closest to what I can think of.

    18-19 inches is very slim, I’m sure you have a good body.

    Coming from someone who struggles with weight (espically because I have pcos), I know how hard it is to like your body, but I think if you want to lose weight, do it the safest way, ask a doctor or a trainer. Eat the certain amount calories for you. Starving yourself won’t work because while you lose weight you hit a “wall” area which means you no longer lose weight, and in order to lose more weight you will have to keep dropping until you go down to a dangerous amount. So start at a certain amount,and drop until you reach the healthiest. (So for example start with 1800 calories and drop to 1500) and you will notice that change. Focus on exercise. Never restrict yourself. Never starve yourself. And don’t obsess over it. Coming from personal experience. Plus focus on muscle building as well, everyone carries weight differently so don’t obess over what the scale says.
