Whenever I have a hard time I think if I fail at everything I can become somone who just eats food and watched netflix all day. Bottom line isnt that bad when I put it like that. Helps me keep going.

I hope this can help others alittle too

my idol fucking dies and what do i do? she was always there. she always made me feel okay for being me. she made me confident when i forgot to wear a bra or whatever. and she always wanted to spread love and because of that, i wanted to be a social worker or something. she made me so fucking happy. now what? how the fuck do i cope with this? do i cry? do i scream at the causes of her passing? i cant fucking ignore it cause she's too important to bottle up. i dont like this. its too confusing and im lost. i dont like this at all. i want her back i really do.

I'm not sure if you have an eating disorder. I don't want to assume.

But if its the case where you are not able to meet your recommended calorie intake, I would suggest eating multiple meals throughout the day.
So instead of 3 big meals, try 5/6 smaller meals. It may be a counterintuitive move, but this will slowly build your appetite back without being overwhelmed by full portions.

If that's a big step to take, try snacking throughout the day. Healthy snacks would be ideal.

Or possibly make your own meals. The effort you make, may subconsciously tell you that you should eat it all as you spent your blood sweat and tears on this.

Try and make that effort hun to eat at least 1800 to 2000 calories everyday. :)

Yes. Please don't bottle it up.
You have every right to scream, shout and cry.

She was a beautiful person with a beautiful heart. Make her proud as your progress to become a social worker. She always wanted to spread love as you said, and the best thing you can do in her memory, is to emulate that. :)

Ever since I was a child, I fought against the force of severe dread. I could never explain it into words. There was nobody to explain it to either. So I shoved it aside, because how can you talk about something that you can hardly understand yourself? It's torturing you every second of every day, affecting your entire being in imaginable ways. I constantly need to distract myself from this dread or else I'll go insane. I'm sick of it all.

I know exactly how you feel. All I can say is that use your youth to your advantage. Many people, including myself, have spent so many years regretting the last and the year before that and so on.

All it takes is for you to say enough is enough and start making a change. Life does get easier. There are soooo many people out there that hated their teens and twenties but have lived to see through it and love their life and existence currently.

I would say try and set mini goals.
Do something you enjoy and something you find productive. Slowly you will build yourself mentally, and you'll be grateful you started at a young age.

It may look bleak now but I promise it will get better. Start now! Bulid that happiness (and the life you deserve) bit by bit.

Maybe try seeking professional help? I know this is a advice given so many times. But if you can't explain it yourself, theres a good chance a therapist will help you understand it - repeating your own thoughts outloud by someone else, can work wonders, believe me. You'll then be able to dissect the underlying causes of this dread, you can then work on how to beat it. Who knows? It could be the result of trauma, or something else you don't even know about.

If it affects your daily life, try and be brave enough to talk to someone about it. Its hard, I know. But you have to start somewhere.

You really aren't. The harshest critics are ourselves, honestly.

Let's say you did say some mean thing indeed.
You probably have some regrets in your head right now. But the fact that you are able to recognise your wrongdoings is a massive step in learning from your mistakes and being a better person.

We're all human. We've all said and did things we regret. But the most important thing is how we act afterwards. That is the best way you can redeem yourself.

But again - don't be so harsh on yourself!
