Can you suggest me extreme diets to lose weight fast please??
ohmigosh, don't do that to yourself please.
hmmm dont do it it will comeback fast
but the only proven way to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit, use ur body weight and height and calculate how much calorie ur body needs to maintain the weight. For every 7000 calorie deficit you will lose one kg.
Safely? CICO. Calories in is less than calories out. That is the only way for you to lose weight. Extreme diets often result in weight gain right after because the person falls back into their old eating habits.
Go to the gym get exercise and eat well but a little lesser than how you normally eat. Don't starve or do stupid things that will affect your body. Treasure your body.
Peanut, celery, water and don't eat apples cause they make you hungry
Extreme dieting is not healthy, and you should develop good eating habits first so when you achieve your goal weight/look then you don't gain it all back again. The secret is the calorie deficit which many others have said. I've seen many websites that say to have a deficit of around 200-500 calories. This means that you eat 200-500 calories less than you burn per day.
I started attending the gym a few weeks ago. Also want to lose some weight till the New Year's Party
When I was losing weight, I started to eat at a moderate caloric deficit (300 calories below maintenance) with the exception of 1 or 2 cheat meals a weak. I lost 10 pounds mainly fat since my body fat dropped from 15 to 10 percent in 2 months. I also incorporate warrior diet/intermittent fasting where I skipped breakfast (sometimes lunch) and eat within 8 to 4 hour window. It helped a lot because I felt yrmore energetic and my productivity at work skyrocketed. Not only that, I was able to consume more caloric foods that is more filling.
I also suggest eating high volume foods (such as vegetables) and protein. I always save my carbs before I sleep
Why not just be objective and ask yourself if you actually need to lose weight?
Ask yourself why you want to lose weight for as well.
I used to be 56 kilograms and now I gained 3 kilos. But the thing is I look better because I'm going to the gym. Therefore, I concluded I gained some weight from muscle. I'm still at a healthy BMI so I could stay at my weight, or I could try to change my diet a little.
But I like food. So I'm changing nothing.
It's better to be honest with yourself, rather than chasing quick fixes that aren't sustainable in the long run.
EDIT: It's probably not in your best interest to take unsolicited advice from strangers in a K Pop forum. If you want to lose weight that badly, at least go to a doctor or dietitian and get actual advice,
This crash diet is similar to the juicing diet. This trend became famous from the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. In this diet, you are allowed to consume only vegetable and fruit juices. This helps you lose tons of weight quickly. This is a healthy way to reduce weight. It doesn’t have any negative side effects like weight loss drugs.
With the basis of a weight loss diet in mind... Where all you need to do is consume less calories than your body burns during a day, so just count calories, and calculate your basal metabolic rate, and go from there, the larger the difference the quicker the weight loss.
Hello, there are many diet guide easily available online which results better.
no carbs and I also changed sugar to stivia
I used to try to lose weight by such methods, I read how girls lose 10 kilograms on extreme diets, but in fact, after this kind of diets, I then gained more kilograms. When I started doing fitness and consulted with a nutritionist, weight loss went much better. And weight didn't come back.
I'd rather suggest you to consult a specialist who could find the ideal/most effective diet for you. Please remember that not every diet is meant for everyone and you should be very careful and think of your health first and foremost.
To lose weight, drink more and more water. Water reduces your body fat and makes you slim.
Noooooo, any extreme diet is unhealthy, and (if health isn't important to you ), it plays out like a ping pong, meaning you get back all the weight as soon as you're done dieting, and more often even more weight. That is because most/all diets actually dehydrate you, and the "weight" you think you lost is actually water. Dont be lazy, rearrange your nutrition, portion your meals and do some training.
Now if you really want to lose fat quickly, I can recommend you Keto diet, but you have to be consistent and careful, if you dont know anything about dieting, and don't cook by yourself (have someone to cook special meals for you), dont do it.
1. Starving doesn't help - it dehydrates you and then you get back more weight than you had at first.
2. Training is necessary for everyone (don't be lazy), but when you drop at certain level (I don't know your weight), scale is not realistic way to measure your progress because you gain muscles that are heavier than fat, so don't get discouraged by that you are still losing fat and defining your body well, use a different measure like measuring your waste or whatever area you are most concerned about.
3. The water thing is an iffy one. The thing is that our body sometimes interprets as hunger when were actually thirsty, so by drinking more water you are less hungry, therefore less eating unnecessarily. That however doesn't help if your habits are bad and you eat high-calorie food.
Hope it helps
I used to skip breakfast and lunch and ate only fruits for dinner. Exercised a lot, literally every day. Lost about 7kg in 3 weeks. Few months after gave up on everything.. idk if it's because of lack if motivation, anyways I did gain weight but only around 3 kgs. someone suggested me to start keto diet, the result isn't noticeable right after you start it, but it lasts longer
