    Just similar vibes that I get from both artists. This was not meant to shade anybody (except Jlo)

    Ailee - Beyonce: This comparison has been made a thousand times. People get offended by it, but I think it's fair. They have a similar aura on stage and power in their voice
    Hyolyn - Ariana Grande: Super talented vocalists and similar vibes
    CL - Nicki Minaj: The Queen of rap
    Jessi - Cardi B: The current popular rapper who is also known for their personality; love her or hate her
    Park Bom - Mariah Carey: They both have a song called We Belong Together and they both have this diva presence on stage, but deserve their respect
    BoA - Jlo but more talented: The way they dance is similar
    Sunmi - Katy Perry (in her prime): Revolutionary in the pop realm
    Bolbbalgan4 - Taylor Swift: songs have similar vibes, at least early Taylor Swift eras. Acoustic and simple but massively popular
    Taeyeon - Kelly Clarkson: Empowering powerful strong women
    Taeyang - Usher: Always shirtless, similar choreo, similar vibes, similar everything
    Taemin - Michael Jackson: This has also been made a thousand times, but it's true. They're both legends
    Jackson - Shawn Mendes: Idk I just see Shawn Mendes whenever I look at Jackson and idk why

    Anybody else that comes to mind?

    hmmm, I was trying to think of a Camila, but nobody came to mind. The best I could think of was Mina from Twice but that isn't the strongest correlation.

    i wanna be clear, i do not mean character or anything like that
    but they both have very good voices that perfectly suit pop/r&b songs and just the general (western) it boy vibe

    i could really see jk making it big in the western industry

    No I totally get what you're saying. They actually do kinda have a similar story where they started out as the cute cookie-cutter pop star who got edgier as time went on and tatted themselves up.
