At first glance, I thought so too but her predebut photos says otherwise. Her face is actually natural, I'm surprised too. You can look it up (or my reply in this thread where I provided some of her predebut photos)
In this photo you can clearly see this is her real facial structure. This is a much older looking photo of her. In the pre-debut photos you posted, those pictures are more than likely after most of her surgery has been done and leading up to her debut. There is a clear difference when I look at this photo to the more recent ones. This one actually looks like a normal human jaw and doesn't mess with my eyes. The jaw that Karina has now is pretty but a bit unrealistic and, no pun in attended, looks kind of like an actual avatar.
I'm so tired of this. People really think all their faves haven't had anything done. Wake up sis, not seeing anything obvious just means the surgeries were very well done.
Sometimes I wonder do you all sit down at your nearby cafe and observe all the people passing by whether they have ps as a hobby...?
here's what i found i feel like they might've gotten small tweaks here and there with winter having the biggest change. i've followed sm rookies n smngg threads for a few yrs now n i think karina n ningning look pretty natural overall, except maybe karina got her eyelids fixed a bit since she looks rly diff in her high school pics and school play (smaller eyes/eyelids) and i don't think they would've made 17 yr old ningning go under the knife since she just turned 18 last month. giselle looks like the same she just slimmed down/lost the baby fat around her cheeks/jaw. and with winter, i feel like SM wanted a taeyeon clone and gave her a nose job plus some other fixes. Like many others say, there's nothing wrong especially if they wanted it or wanted to look prettier for the job. they're all pretty and talented in their own ways
Except Karina? Did you get their names mixed up and you meant to say Ningning? Karina is probably missing some back teeth they took so much of her jaw away! As we see from nearly every idol who lets an elementary school pics escape the edit, and every former trainee who says they were asked to get their eyes, lips, cheeks, nose and jaw done to look acceptable - they all do it. The average Korean has a big square face. Karina's head looks like an egg balancing on its tip.
They start the procedures super-young in Korea. From those pics where Irene had her hand over her jaw corner, she probably got her jaw job done at 11 or 12. Korean parents gift their kids eyelid surgeries and mouth corner surgeries in return for good school grades. A photo of an idol taken at 15+ is probably not the original face.
The term 'Plastic surgery' belongs to top secret topics in kpop business. especially for underaged group members (U17) it should be forbidden in future

It's funny that y'll claim that beacuse of this photo that not much of it can tell. She just got a little chubby cheeks because she's literally a child in that photo. And if you're going to assume that someone has gotten their jaw done you must provide a picture that her jaw is visible right? And you're giving me more opportunities to flaunt Karina's child and teenagers photos. She always has that jaw lol. She doesn't look unrealistic in motion at all. You're actually exaggerating now, that is a normal human jaw, her jaw are just like Seo Yeji's. Funny that she suddenly got surgeries because she had beautiful predebut photos that look exactly like her now but y'll claim she got it with that only photo lol. And here's a photo of a child Karina that we can actually see the jaw. A person can actually possess a jaw like this naturally. This kind of jaw is actually normal atleast where I live. People should stop assuming that these kind of jaw is impossible just because a lot of koreans/asians imitate it by aesthetic surgery.
I feel like all of them did they look different in predebut pics especially their jawline area and nose. But who cares it's not huge deal, every idol has gotten surgery and people act like getting plastic surgery is a crime.
Not all members, why exaggerating? The only difference I notice is in Winter and Giselle. Karina and Ningning look natural.
