I've noticed I've been losing quite a bit of muscle lately and dats not good. But I don't know how to stay active when America is still on fire with covid. Any tips? For reference, I live in an apartment on the second floor and I don't want my neighbors to get mad at mean so a lot of indoors stuff is out of the question rip I also live in a place that is being disproportionally effected by covid so I literally can't go anywhere. ALSO there's been heat advisories lately so being outside for too long is probably not great. So.... you see my predicament. Any suggestions? I don't want to become a blob after this whole ordeal.
