How to gain weight?

    When you don't feel like eating AT ALL... I have lost 4kgs in a short while and sometimes go 1 or 2 days without eating. Any idea how do I gain it back?

    Hmm,
    Drink more drinks that contain higher calories
    Build muscle to add on weight(tho you’d need lots of protein for this)
    Go out with friends and ask them to encourage you to eat beforehand

    Try and eat small things with lots of calories at first, if you can’t make yourself eat much, or work out. And remember it’s a process, rapid weight gain is not great for your health either.

    I guess professional help like a nutritionist can be good because they will probably give you a proper diet with all elements to keep you in shape but still be able to gain weight.

    But, sorry if I sound invasive, but why do you spend days without eating? Answering that question could be a good start for improvement

    Just the feeling of being already full. I dont want to lose weight myself. And im a bit hard to breathe while eating (and generally) so i prefer not to start eating.

    If these problems are affecting you, then I think you should consider seeking help. I had a problem some years ago that was similar, but I don't know if it's the same.

    There is scientific proven methods for doing this, but it requires WORK (ecercise) and discipline (only eating the right food and supplements)
    I have succeeded in these programs on less than $200/ month budget including fitness club monthly fees and supplements (food extra.) Get a job a healthy restaurant and local fitness club and study

    Professional Athletes and Trainers call this GAINING MUSCLE MASS. think about it... you don't want to gain FAT! Gaining WEIGHT could be dozens of BAD unhealthy situations. But, slow and steady building of healthy MUSCLE is almost always a desirable outcome. There is a PROFESSIONAL lingo for athletic weight control and it is much more precise and advanced than the dysfunctional model used by many therapists.

    You should try exercising a lot (strength training), so you'll gain muscle. That way you'll get more weight, but at the same time, it'll be muscle and not fat. If you decide to try weightlifting (which will definitely help you achieve this very quickly), just don't forget to use appropriate equipment, like weightlifting shoes, tights (for me, these are the best tights for gym), and other equipment, to avoid any muscle/wrist/ankle problems. And eat a lot of protein! :)

    Basically, you need lots of Protein to fuel and muscle stressing Exercise to build MASS. Fat is potential MUSCLE if metabolized and exercised properly. MUSCLE is built IDEALLY by stressing muscles to the point where they have micro TEARING. When your protein RICH muscles tear and rip at micro scale, they RECOVER by Healing and building MORE MUSCLE.
    That's where the weight room slogan NO PAIN - NO GAIN comes from.
    Every TRAINED athlete knows the feeling of a good workout burn if they have gotten this equation right. The entire MUSCLE feels like it' on fire because this tiny process is happening quickly. Bad training techniques, overworking and steroids can cause athletes to go beyond their threshold and cause delayed or immediate damage.

    I know it sounds horrible but I‘m jealous. I always get binge-y episodes even though I‘m eating more than enough *cries*
