Because it’s beyond cute
And No Sana No life
It's the power of Sana's aegyo and charisma.
Aegyo is a big thing in Korea, Sana is really cute, there's your answer.
I agree but it does not answer my question lmao
What I realy wanna know too, in MV of the video she does not do the famous gesture it is now associated with. So when did this start?
Yeah, me too
Like did she appear in variety show ans shy shy shy blew up?
That's my question
I think she did aegyo on a show, it got alot of positive reception so they incorporated it into the choreo.
hit song cute girl
All I know is that is got so popular, that peopole knew shy shy shy, but were not even aware of its origin and when they found out it helped Twice popularity
Also the gesture for T T became popular in Japan
it's very catchy and the accompanying move is very easy to do, it was no wonder it went viral
Cuz Sana's pronunciation of shy shy shy is very cute.
shy shy shy blew up then JYP created the gesture. It wasn't even part of the original choreo. It just kinda blew up. I remember before they even had their first live performance that a bunch of celebrities were tagging their pics with it like G-dragon. It started with the pronunciation and the gesture added more traction.
You can see the original choreo here.
They saw that shy shy shy was catching on and changed it to incorporate the gesture. Koreans just seem to really like the line and bam, it blew up.
I also just rememberd Sana stating in an interview, when it started to blow up she was scared people are making fun of her because she is saying it werid, but sson realized that everyone loves it
but we need the origin of the gesture!
Cheese kimpbap going viral is weirder for me
Shy shy shy was meant to be Mina's line originally. Funny how much that could have changed things
Watch for luck.
The guy from B.E.P. Said originally shy shy shy was Dahyun line but something happened so he gave the line to Sana. He gave dahyun neomuhae in TT because he gave sana her line in Cheer Up.
yeah it exploded after a variety show and they found it endearing that she was saying sha sha sha instead of shy shy shy
Cheesu kimbap was the cutest thing someone ever did, please apologize and mend your ways
Also yeah I can see what @JinWifeu is saying that it could have been a Dahyun line.. but for Mina this is not fitting at all
Oho... so it was first time seen on M Countdown??
The old choreo for this line was realy lame in comparison
Oh I have no idea.
I just found that video.
